HIPAA Business Associates Agreement

If you manage and distribute your patients’ protected health information electronically, you are considered a Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and are required to maintain a Business Associate Agreement with Altor when you release patient identifiable information to us. Please download, print and file with your HIPAA compliance documents.
